NiANSA 2k26 | GATHERING AGREEMENTS
SECURING YOUR PASSAGE
(Payment & Entry)
Your invoice is your physical tether to the gathering. Once your payment is processed, you will automatically receive an email receipt—this serves as your official proof of registration. No separate tickets will be issued. Simply present your receipt (digitally or printed) at the info point upon arrival to exchange it for your wristband.
By purchasing a pass, you acknowledge that NiANSA 2k26 is a private gathering taking place near Hotel Rakov Škocjan, and your contribution acts as crowdfunding to physically actualize the event. Your presence confirms your acceptance of these terms and your commitment to respecting the terrain and the community.
SHIFTS IN THE CURRENT
(Transfers & Refunds)
All passes are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. If you cannot make the descent, you may gift or resell your pass to another voyager. Simply provide us with the name and email address of the individual taking your place.
If the gathering must be interrupted or altered due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, passes will not be refunded. In the rare event of extreme force majeure (such as severe fire risk or natural disasters) that forces a cancellation, we will make every effort to reimburse a portion of your contribution after covering the essential baseline costs of the production.
WEATHERING THE ELEMENTS
(Weather Policy)
Rain or shine, the drift continues. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe, immersive experience regardless of the elements. This year again, we are enhancing the zone with two spacious, custom-designed TentArt structures (160m² and 80m²) and an additional 50m2 chill out fully covered dome structure. Combined with our two bespoke music stages, these sanctuaries comfortably shelter over 200 voyagers, ensuring a warm and collective experience through all three days of the gathering.
SHELTER & THE TERRAIN
(Conservation & Wild Camping Laws)
The Regional Park is a globally unique ecosystem. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the world's first recognized underground wetland (Ramsar List), and a protected biosphere (MAB Programme), this area features an extraordinary concentration of biodiversity and ancient karst architecture. This environment is as fragile as it is fascinating, and it is our shared responsibility to protect it.
To maintain the equilibrium of the valley floor, camping under NiANSA’s direct responsibility is limited entirely to our reserved Camping Parcels.
Please be aware that Slovenian law is highly protective of its natural landscapes. Wild camping, including sleeping in your car or campervan outside of official campsites, is strictly prohibited by law. Because Rakov Škocjan is a protected natural park, local authorities patrol the area, and fines for illegal overnight parking or camping range from €40 to over €500.
If you do not secure a designated NiANSA Camping Parcel and choose to wild camp or sleep in your vehicle in the surrounding areas, you do so entirely at your own legal and financial risk. Additionally, open fires and gas cookers are strictly forbidden anywhere in the national park. We highly encourage sharing a tent within our designated parcels to keep the gathering unified and your mind at ease.
NOURISHING THE ECOSYSTEM
(Catering & Bar)
To keep the community energized, our NiANSA catering team will prepare fresh, highly affordable vegetarian and vegan meals daily in the dining area. If you have specific food allergies, please reach out to our head chef, Rapolas, at rapolasv@proton.me by May 31, 2026, so the team can advise or accommodate your diet. Unreported allergies remain the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Alongside the kitchen, our bar team will provide a selection of home-brewed soft drinks, craft beers, and carefully selected beverages at unusually reasonable contributions. Free drinking water will be available to everyone across all three days of the gathering.
MAINTAINING THE BALANCE
(Outside Provisions)
Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted within the main event area. This boundary ensures we remain compliant with park regulations and directly sustains the bar and catering teams, whose energy and resources are vital to keeping the NiANSA ecosystem alive. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
NAVIGATING THE ZONE
(Accessibility)
We want NiANSA to be a welcoming space for everyone. We offer a complimentary pass for an assistant or companion accompanying any person with a disability. However, please be aware that the primordial terrain of the valley is rugged, and the site facilities are not fully wheelchair accessible. Navigating the natural landscape may be challenging. For inquiries regarding guide dogs, parking, or specific accessibility needs, please contact us at niansa.gathering@proton.me.
THE RESONANCE
(Vibe & Conduct)
NiANSA is striving to be a deliberate, warm, and safe space at all times. We embrace individuals of all genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, ages, and backgrounds. To sustain this frequency, we require every attendee to honor personal boundaries, obtain enthusiastic consent, and interact with deep mindfulness.
Look out for one another. If you witness any form of discrimination or behavior that threatens the safety of our collective drift, please notify our awareness team or a crew member immediately.
***By purchasing a pass and entering the valley, you agree to uphold these principles***
